Parking strategy & parking orders

Cotswold District Council’s parking strategy

The council's parking strategy was adopted in Autumn 2010. It considers the needs of parking users and identifies actions necessary to provide a sustainable modern parking service which reflects local issues and meets the demands for parking provision across the Cotswolds.

Future parking demand

At the Cabinet meeting held February 2017 the Council adopted the ‘Cirencester Town Centre Off-Street Parking Study’ as Appendix 4 to the Parking Strategy. Appendix 4 addresses future parking demand. Cabinet report and study can be found in the download section on this page.
