European Parliamentary Election - Thursday 23 May
An election to the European Parliament will take place on Thursday 23 May.
The Cotswold District is part of the South West Region of the Parliament.
Nigel Adams is the Local Returning Officer for the Cotswold District and the Regional Returning Officer is Graham Farant of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.

The deadline for registering to vote for this election has now passed and poll cards have been issued to all electors.
If you are not able to go to the polling station on 23 May, the deadline for postal vote applications has now passed but you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.
Proxy applcations must be returned to by 5pm on Wednesday 15 May. Applicaiton forms can be downloaded from https://www.yourvotematters.co.uk/how-do-i-vote/voting-by-proxy

Parish Council Elections - Thursday 13 June
Two parish councils did not receive sufficient nominations at the 2 May elections to be quorate. Therefore an election to fill the remaining vacancies will be held on Thursday 13 June.
The Notice of Election has been published and nomination paper packs are available for these elections relating to Elkstone and Weston-sub-Edge Parish Councils.

District and Town/Parish Council Elections - Thursday 2 May 2019
Elections to Cotswold District Council took place on Thursday 2 May. All 34 councillors were elected across 32 wards.
