Comment on a licensing application
You can support, or object to applications in your local area for a:
- new premises licence
- club premise certificate
- variation to a licence
Relevant comments should relate to one of the 4 licensing objectives:
- prevention of crime and disorder
- public safety
- prevention of public nuisance
- protection of children from harm
What happens next
We’ll hold a hearing to consider any relevant representation we receive, unless all parties agree that a hearing is unnecessary, or that they agree with the conditions.
If we do not receive any relevant representations, we’ll grant the licence.
The application is still subject to mandatory conditions and any conditions or restrictions outlined in the operating schedule.
