We are home to great businesses ranging from FTSE100 financial services giant St James’s Place, a number of high-tech medical supply companies and thousands of smaller microbusinesses. We also have respected institutions like the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, the Fire Service College at Moreton-in-Marsh and the Campden BRI food innovation centre at Chipping Campden.

Green Economic Growth Strategy

In December 2020 Cotswold District Council adopted a Green Economic Growth Strategy as part of our commitment to supporting business and growing the local economy in a sustainable way. 

We have begun a consultation on our refreshed Green Economic Growth Strategy.

The document aims to build on the success of the strategy adopted in December 2020 and in many ways is a continuation of that plan.
