  • available land

We are home to great businesses ranging from FTSE100 financial services giant St James’s Place, a number of high-tech medical supply companies and thousands of smaller microbusinesses. We also have respected institutions like the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, the Fire Service College at Moreton-in-Marsh and the Campden BRI food innovation centre at Chipping Campden.

Green Economic Growth Strategy

In December 2020 Cotswold District Council adopted a Green Economic Growth Strategy as part of our commitment to supporting business and growing the local economy in a sustainable way. 

We have begun a consultation on our refreshed Green Economic Growth Strategy.

The document aims to build on the success of the strategy adopted in December 2020 and in many ways is a continuation of that plan.

We want to make sure the voice of businesses, residents and other key stakeholders is heard in relation to the strategy so please do respond to the consultation if you are able to. The consultation is open until 5pm Friday 17 January.
