The Council's common approach includes the procurement strategy, contract rules, standardised processes, policies and template documents to achieve effective procurement across all partners by focusing on activities which lead to financial savings and improved practices to meet our Vision as well as the following 2018 strategies and regulations:
- National Procurement Strategy;

|From £10,001 to £50,000||Contract opportunities are advertised on the Publica Portal and/or other public advertisement as appropriate. At least 3 written quotations will be required and a formal written contract approved by our Legal Advisor used.|
|From £50,001 to EU Threshold||Contract opportunities are advertised on the Publica Portal and/or other public advertisement as appropriate. A minimum of 3 competitive tenders will be required and a formal written contract approved by our Legal Advisor used.|
