Retrofit Engagement Scheme
Justine Mallinson is the council’s new Retrofit Officer, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to support residents. With 18 years of experience in the energy efficiency sector, she is a qualified and highly experienced Domestic Energy Assessor, Retrofit Assessor, and Retrofit Coordinator. Most recently, Justine worked as a lecturer and tutor for an industry-leading retrofit training provider. She is also qualified to work on traditional and listed properties, ensuring tailored advice for a wide range of home types. Justine is here to engage residents and raise awareness of home energy efficiency improvement opportunities by providing tailored advice through in-person events, online home energy efficiency masterclasses and home visits.
