Northleach

Northleach recently submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Cotswold District Council, and it is subject to six weeks' consultation, closing on 17th October 2018.  To view the submission documents and comment;

Down Ampney 

In October 2018, Down Ampney Parish Council  approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

Moreton-in-Marsh 

In September 2018, Moreton-in-Marsh Town Council  approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

Cirencester 

In Ooctober 2018, Cirencester Town Council  approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

Upper Rissington Neighbourhood Area

Upper Rissington Parish Council submitted a request for a neighbourhood area to be designated. The area proposed covers most of Upper Rissington parish, except the area within RAF Little Rissington, and a small part of the Victory Fields development, within Great Rissington. This submission was considered and agreed on 22 February 2018.

Tetbury and Tetbury Upton neighbourhood development plan

Preston

In May 2017, Preston Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

Blockley

In January 2017, Blockley Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan.  Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, this area was automatically approved, without need for consultation or decision.

South Cerney

In January 2016, South Cerney Parish Council approached us to have their parish boundaries designated as a neighbourhood area, for the purpose of developing a neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 10 March 2016.  Please view the map of the area and the submission below.

Stow-on-the-Wold and the Swells

In July 2012, Stow-on-the-Wold Town Council approached us to have their parish area designated as a Neighbourhood Area, the first formal step in developing a neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 6 September 2012. 

In January 2015, Stow Town Council submitted a application to designate a revised area to include all of Stow and Swell parishes. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 9th April 2015. Please view the map of the area and the submission below.

Chipping Campden

In November 2013, Chipping Campden Town Council approached us to have their parish areas designated as a Neighbourhood Area, the first formal step in developing a neighbourhood plan. Following the statutory consultation period, we designated this area on 14 February 2014. Please view the map of the area and the original submission below.
