Cotswold District Council is undergoing an exciting transformation, repatriating many services that were previously outsourced and taking back the narrative.
The transformation includes prioritising the implementation of the council’s People Strategy. This strategy aims to foster a culture aligned with its values and vision, while enhancing internal and external communication and engagement.
As part of this transformation, Cotswold District Council is seeking to recruit to a number of communication roles to form a collaborative, creative and impactful communications team and strategy.
