Book a building inspection
There are different stages of your project that will need a building inspection. We will let you know which stages apply to you and when you will need to book inspections.
The different stages are:
- commencement
- foundations
- oversite
- drainage
- floor
- roof
- miscellaneous , for example, structural steelwork, insulation
- occupation
- completion, once this is complete you will get a completion certificate
How to book an inspection
If you phone us before 3pm we will arrange an inspection for the next working day.

- downloading the building inspection app
Make sure you have the details of the project, including the builders contact details, reference number and when the work will be ready for inspection.
